4. Shipping Policy

Delivery
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, but cannot guarantee firm dates or times.
Risk in the products passes to you upon Delivery.

Authority to Leave
By default you provide authority to leave products at the delivery address. If the area is deemed unsafe by the courier, the Order may be redirected to a collection point or returned.

Failed Delivery
If you unreasonably refuse Delivery or fail to collect the product within two weeks of the first attempt, we may charge storage fees or cancel the Contract and refund you less reasonable costs.

Delivery Restrictions
We may not be able to deliver to all locations. If we cannot deliver to your address we will notify you and arrange cancellation or an alternative address.

Order Consolidation
We may consolidate multiple Orders shipping to the same address via the same carrier into one package. Shipping Fees will be refunded or adjusted where free or discounted shipping thresholds are met after consolidation.
Marketplace Seller products cannot be consolidated.

Opening Packaging
Please take care when opening packaging so as not to damage the products.
